Webb Industries, well known for its continuous and innovative product introductions, has launched a new half wave, folded dipole antenna that performs the functions of two antennas in their well know FDC range of folded dipoles.

The new Webb FDC150 antenna covers the whole VHF band 138 to 174MHz.

The antenna, which is supplied with a mounting boom and clamp, can be stacked and fed with a matching phasing harness for increased gain. All metal parts on the antenna are DC grounded.

According to Webb’s Paul Richards, the major advantage of the new Webb FDC150 is that it performs the function of two antennas, thereby creating efficiencies and saving costs especially for applications where several antennas are used within this range.
