Description
Extra Heavy-Duty (XHD) Offset Brackets
These XHD offset brackets are designed to mount tubes securely, circular hollow sections (CHS), or rods/round bars (RB) with diameters ranging from 34 mm to 77 mm. Fix the CHS/RB to the bracket with the provided PC3 splice plates, set screws, nuts and bolts, allowing for an offset.
Available Offset Options:
- 150 mm (WM15)
- 300 mm (WM30)
- 450 mm (WM45)
- 600 mm (WM60)
- 1,000 mm (WM100)
It is ideal for mounting lightweight masts, antenna support pipes, and similar structures to achieve a stable attachment to a wall or flat surface.
They are constructed from commercial-grade mild steel and hot-dipped galvanised (HDG). Fasteners are made from grade 8.8 high tensile steel.
Additional items will be required to secure the bracket to a wall. The rawl bolts needed for this installation are omitted. They need to fit into 4 x 13 mm diameter mounting holes spaced 400 mm apart on the horizontal (X-axis) and 510 mm apart on the vertical (Y-axis) plane.
Finally, the required CHS or RB must be purchased separately.
