Shipping and returns policy

We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. 

If you experience any problems with the delivery of your order, please contact us and we’ll assist you.

Please read our delivery policy to ensure that you know what to expect when ordering online from Webb Industries.

For your convenience, we offer 3 delivery methods:

1. Click and Collect:

You can collect your purchase from our Head Office in Sandton, at no extra charge. Please wait until we have confirmed that your order is ready for collection.

2. Local Delivery:

Local deliveries within certain parts of Gauteng are charged at R85.00 for the first 30kg with an additional R3.00 per kg thereafter.

3. National Delivery:

National deliveries in South Africa are charged at R120.00 for the first 25kg, with an additional R6.00 per kg thereafter.

After you have completed your order, we will process and dispatch your order within 24 to 40 business hours (3 to 5 business days) if the goods are available ex-stock. If not, our sales office will contact you and discuss the expected dispatch timelines with you.  Our courier partner will collect your order for delivery, as per your delivery instructions.

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email or SMS confirming delivery details.

You do not personally have to sign for the delivery, as long as someone at your address can accept the delivery on your behalf. However, if no one is available to accept and sign for the delivery, a second attempt to deliver your order will be made the next business day. If the second delivery attempt also fails, your order will be returned to Webb Industries and we will contact you to make new arrangements. Please note that additional delivery charges may be levied.

Delivery times vary depending on the product(s) dimensions and weight and your delivery location. 

For items that we keep in stock, please allow five (5) to six (6) business days for routine deliveries to main centres. If your delivery is urgent, please contact us. 

Some of our stock items are made to order, so please bear in mind that we may not keep stock of everything on our website. In the case of products that we manufacture, more time would have to be allowed for us to manufacture your order. It could range anything from 4 to 8 weeks, depending on suppliers’ delivery schedules and the current economic situation that we find ourselves in. Some of our overseas suppliers can only deliver in the following year. It might be wise to discuss your requirements with one of our sales representatives if need be. We will communicate with you if there will be any delays.

Deliveries are during office/business hours, Monday to Friday to physical addresses in South Africa only.

For delivery to international addresses, please contact us and our sales team will assist you with a shipping quotation.

We will communicate with you to let you know when and how your parcel will be delivered.

Returns and exchanges are subject to management approval and Webb reserves the right to refuse exchanges, charge a restocking or cancellation fee, and/or charge for shipping costs.
